What is coaching?

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that allows for dedicated time to focus on you and your development.

It’s a conversation where your coach holds a space to allow you to do your best thinking. Your coach will use observation, questioning, listening and feedback to provide insights for dealing with situations; giving encouragement and building confidence.

Coaching can help you to:

  • Better understand your strengths and develop your leadership skills
  • Achieve a greater sense of clarity and direction
  • Improve personal performance and experience a greater sense of wellbeing
