Information about the Employee Exit Survey and the Internal Transfer Survey We want the University of Edinburgh to be a great place to work. To do this, it is important that we understand why you are leaving the university or your current assignment and how you felt about working here. If you are leaving the University, please click the link below to complete the Employee Exit Survey. If you are transferring to another role within the University, please click the link below to complete the Employee Internal Transfer Survey. You should only complete one of these surveys. We ask that you share your honest feedback with us. Employee Exit Survey Internal Transfer Survey The surveys should take no more than five minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous and will be kept confidential. The data, collected by Human Resources, is retained for one year and analysed every six months to identify ways to improve the experience of our staff. These insights help us improve employee retention and satisfaction and are included in the "Employee Life Cycle: Key Trends Report." HR Partners will review the data and share insights with relevant School/Department teams to share good practice and highlight and address areas for improvement.
