Human Resources supports the University’s delivery of Strategy 2030 through the deployment of support, improvements and initiatives aimed at maintaining and developing an even better place to work. We do this through the delivery of the People Strategy, aligned to our values, which will further enhance the University’s reputation, internally and externally, as a world class employer and a really great place to work. We continue to develop and deliver HR services, partnering and expertise to ensure we encourage a community where everyone feels proud to be part of our University. The HR Community comprises five business facing teams supporting each of the three Colleges and the Professional Services Groups and a central team of functional specialists with expertise in employee and union relations and employment policy (including compliance), equality and diversity, reward, systems and management information, resourcing and learning and development. The HR Senior Leadership Team, which oversees the People Strategy and People Plan, includes the HR Director, four HR Deputy Directors and the Director of HR Services. How we work and what we doIn HR, we aim to work as a single integrated team delivering high quality HR services across the University and applying the following principles to all that we do.How we work and what we doHuman Resources Organisation Chart Document HR Org Chart (148.96 KB / PDF) Facts and figuresThe University staff population by Colleges and Professional Services Groups.University staff populationContact UsDo you have an HR query?
