As part of our work to enhance our customer experience, we are gathering regular feedback from employees who raise HR service requests. Each week we send out a satisfaction survey to collect feedback on employees’ experience of using the HR Helpline (Raising a Service Request (SR)). This survey goes to employees whose SR was noted as resolved in the last week. Employees will only receive one survey email within a 30-day period. We value all feedback received and any comments are used to help guide us as we develop and delivery our HR Service. If when completing the survey, you provide us with your permission to follow up, we will get back in touch within 5 business days.
