Taking time with a coach gives an opportunity to reflect, plan, and prepare — helping you set new priorities, support your wellbeing, and move confidently into life beyond work.Our providerOur Digital coaching for retirement provider Know You More have 150 qualified and accredited coaches with experience of working with Higher Education Institutions, NHS Trusts, charities and private sector organisations.CostsCosts for coaching will be met by departmental budgets and are as follows:£240 per 1-hour coaching sessionEach coaching relationship is tailored to individual needs and generally range from 1-5 sessions, with 3-5 sessions being most typical3 hours of coaching will be charged at £720, 4 hours at £960, 5 hours £1200You need to have funding approval from your budget holder before registering. During the application process you will be asked for your local budget contacts; you should be able to get this from your Department, School office or Business Support.
